Spence Manor is a Nashville landmark. Elvis stayed here, the pool out back is shaped like a guitar, and RCA Studio B, where he recorded, is a few doors down. Unit 405 is a fully renovated, record-spinning condo inside the story.
Vinyl on the turntable, navy cabinets and quartz counters in the kitchen, hardwood floors, and a big sectional in the open living room. Two queen beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room sleep six.
Step outside and you are on Music Row: studios, labels, and the Musica statue across the street. Broadway and The Gulch are five minutes. The pool is yours in the warm months.
Hang out on the sectional for game day or movie night, with plenty of room for everyone.
