A two-bedroom loft for eight inside an 1865 factory, with a pool and a speakeasy downstairs.
The 1865 is a brick factory building in Marathon Village that has been standing since the Civil War. The Rambler is one of the larger lofts inside it: original brick and beams, huge windows, and a wall of Nashville photographs behind the sofa.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with bunk beds and its own vanity, plus two sofa beds, sleep eight. The kitchen is stainless and fully stocked, and there is a private washer and dryer.
Downstairs is the 1865 Club, a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge. Outside is a pool, an outdoor kitchen with gas grills and a fire pit, and a rooftop observation deck with the skyline in front of you. Marathon Village's coffee, whiskey, and live music are at street level.

“The area was super quiet and well kept. Place was very clean and the decorations were fantastic. Check out the speakeasy in the basement of the main building.”
