A 1930s stone bungalow with an 1898 piano and the best porch on the street.
Music Row is where the songs get made, and this house sits right in the middle of it. Built in 1930, it spent part of its life as a country music publishing house. The 1898 piano in the living room came out of Printer's Alley and still plays.
Two bedrooms and three beds sleep six without anyone on a couch. A working fireplace for the cold months, string lights inside and out for the warm ones, and a covered front porch with ceiling fans that is where every evening ends.
Walk to the studios on Music Row, to Edgehill Village for coffee and tacos, or to Vanderbilt. Broadway is a five-minute ride. It is the rare Nashville house that is both in the middle of everything and quiet enough to sleep.
Bright, open living areas with a working fireplace, the piano, and a fully stocked modern kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The whole downstairs is yours, with its own private front door.
Two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps six.
A front yard and a covered front patio with ceiling fans. On-site parking. A quiet, walkable street a block off Music Row.
Songwriters, couples, and families who want a real neighborhood five minutes from Broadway.
Edgehill and Music Row are the part of Nashville where the industry actually lives. Record labels and studios on 16th and 17th, Edgehill Village's coffee shops and patios a few blocks south, and Vanderbilt's campus a short walk west. Broadway is close enough for the night out and far enough that you will not hear it.

“We absolutely love this place! Beautiful neighborhood. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. The house was so cute!”
